Hillary Meehan, MSN, AGNP-C

Hillary Meehan, MSN, AGNP-C, RN brings more than 20 years of experience to the healthcare field. She earned her nursing degree in 2005 and was inducted into the International Honors Society in recognition of her academic excellence. Hillary recently completed her Master of Science in Nursing at William Paterson University, where she was named to the Dean’s List and inducted into the National Honor Society.

Over the last 20 years, Hillary has developed a diverse clinical background working across multiple specialties including intensive care, cardiology, pulmonary medicine, nephrology, and gastroenterology. Her extensive experience has provided her with a strong clinical foundation and the ability to manage complex clinical cases.

Hillary is committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care with compassion. She believes optimal health is achieved through a balance of evidence-based conventional medicine and holistic principles. She places a strong emphasis on prevention, patient education, nutrition and exercise as essential components for long-term health.

Alexandra Robinson, MSN, FNP-C

Alexandra “Ali” is a skilled and dedicated healthcare provider with eight years of progressive nursing experience in high-acuity settings. Ali’s clinical foundation was established at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania on the cardiac and thoracic step-down unit, she also worked as multi-scope nurse at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center.

In 2023, she earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Widener University. For the past two years, Ali has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner, delivering comprehensive care to adult and geriatric populations.

Recognized for her warm bedside manner, professionalism, and a compassionate approach to patient care, Ali is committed to advancing health outcomes through evidence-based practice and holistic patient support.

Brittany Chalfant, MSN, APN-BC

Brittany Chalfant is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to adults and seniors. At Integrity Primary Care & Wellness, she provides personalized healthcare that prioritizes dignity, trust, and clinical excellence.

Brittany earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University and has worked across a wide spectrum of healthcare settings—including hospitals, long-term care facilities, outpatient clinics, and telehealth platforms. Her clinical expertise includes chronic disease management, preventive care, wound treatment, and behavioral health, with a special focus on the aging population.

Known for her approachable style and deep commitment to patient advocacy, Brittany has also served as a mentor and preceptor to emerging nurse practitioners. Her leadership blends operational insight with a hands-on, human-centered approach to care.

As the CEO and owner of Integrity Primary Care and Wellness, her guiding belief—“Integrity You Can Feel. Care You Can Trust.”—is more than a motto; it’s the foundation of every patient interaction.

Briana Schmidt

(Clinical Care Coordinator)

Briana Schmidt is a compassionate and dependable healthcare professional based in New Jersey, dedicated to providing respectful, patient-centered care. She has experience working directly with patients and is known for her calm demeanor, strong communication skills, and ability to support individuals with empathy and understanding.

She takes pride in helping patients feel comfortable, heard, and cared for while maintaining a focus on safety, accuracy, and professionalism. Briana values teamwork and consistently works well with colleagues in fast-paced and demanding environments.

Committed to continuous learning and growth in the healthcare field, she strives to improve patient experiences and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.

Melissa O’Brien

(Office Manager)

Melissa serves as the Office Manager at Integrity Primary Care, where she is passionate about ensuring our patients receive compassionate, patient-centered care.

Her journey in healthcare began in 2008 when she earned her Associate Degree in Nursing. She spent four years working in a medical weight loss practice, helping patients achieve healthier lifestyles and reach their personal wellness goals. She then transitioned into customer service management, where she spent 15 years developing strong leadership, communication, and operational skills.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she joined an urgent care practice as a Patient Care Coordinator, where she saw the importance of truly listening to patients, understanding their concerns, and advocating for their needs. That experience further strengthened her commitment to patient-centered care.

She believes primary care is about more than treating illnesses—it’s about building relationships, listening without judgment, advocating for those who may not have a voice, and delivering the highest quality care with compassion and respect.

Dr. Lance Neveling, DO

Dr. Neveling is a skilled physician with over 24 years of exemplary service in the medical field. He is committed to providing excellent care to patients and their families by listening to each individual’s concerns and treating for whole body wellness.

Dr. Neveling has experience in a variety of health care settings including office based family practice, house calls, assisted living facilities, extended care facilities and athletic venues. He has acted as a medical education preceptor to numerous medical students, registered nurses, nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Dr. Neveling is a determined team player who is able to collaborate with other medical staff to devise effective standard of care treatment solutions. He remains a dedicated professional striving to maintain the high standards of the medical field.
