We are currently in the insurance credentialing process and are working to be in-network with a variety of insurance plans. While we await approval, we are happy to add you to our waitlist. Once your insurance is active, we will call you to schedule your initial appointment.

Self-Pay Visits

If you do not have insurance or would like to be seen as a self-pay patient, we are currently accepting self-pay appointments.

Self-Pay Visit Pricing (Ranges):

  • Short / Telehealth Visit: $80–$120

  • Standard In-Person Visit: $110–$150

  • Complex / Longer Visits: $150–$180

Self-pay visits are flexible and easy, and we provide a superbill if you wish to submit for potential insurance reimbursement later.
